THE PROCESS
- Beginning of bottling – bottles going through feeding machine
- Rinsing of bottles
- Bottles passing through the line after closure is applied
- Bottles passed through light to look for foreign objects
- Bottles are blown to dry them – wine is cold and removes condensation for next step (label application)
- Process of applying screwcap
- Sawis (IPW) seal is added on screwcap, then the back label.
- Now front label is added. All the same machine
- Labelled product passes through the line and random quality control checks are done
- Bottles are then placed into cartons (all automated)
- Bottles are then placed into cartons (all automated)
- Finally, boxes are glued closed and outer case stickers are applied. The boxes are then palletised.
